Your personalised 12-week fertility plan following your initial consultation, bringing together the key findings from your review, your priorities, recommendations for any further testing or investigations, and personalised cycle and lifestyle guidance

11 weekly follow-up acupuncture sessions (45 minutes each)

Ongoing review of your cycle, symptoms and progress throughout the 12 weeks

Consideration of your partner's fertility where relevant, including existing semen analysis or fertility results and anything that may be worth discussing further with your GP or fertility clinic

Personalised acupressure protocol to use at home to complement your treatment between sessions

Review of your current supplements, with personalised recommendations where appropriate, including guidance on what may be worth continuing, changing or discussing further based on your fertility history, diet, test results and fertility treatment plans
