Your first appointment includes a detailed consultation, treatment and a written summary so you leave with clarity and a plan that feels grounded and achievable. Follow-up sessions can then be booked whenever you need ongoing support — ideal for maintaining balance, easing symptoms as they arise or continuing your wellbeing or fertility care without committing to a full package. Suitable for both women and men, this option offers personalised support that adapts to your needs and your lifestyle.
Before your first visit, you’ll receive a short online health questionnaire. It’s a chance for you to share details about your health, lifestyle, menstrual cycle and any specific concerns. This helps me understand your full picture before we meet, so your session is completely tailored to you from the very start.
During your first appointment, we’ll spend time discussing your health goals, reviewing your questionnaire and exploring how acupuncture can best support you. You’ll then receive your first treatment, followed by a written summary with recommendations to guide your next steps.
