To find it, look at your wrist crease and move in line with your little finger. You’ll feel a small hollow beside the the rounded bone. Apply gentle but firm pressure or small circles for around 90 seconds on each side.

This is lovely before bed, during a 3am wake-up, or anytime you feel wired but tired.

Stress doesn’t have to be dramatic to affect your hormones 🫣 Often it’s the tiny, constant pressures - emails, rushing around, multi-tasking, worrying about everyone, saying ‘yes’ to everything - that create the biggest hormonal shifts.

Here’s how stress shows up in your hormones:

1️⃣ Cortisol rises This can lower progesterone, impact ovulation and change your cycle length - not helpful for conception.

2️⃣ Sleep gets lighter and melatonin, which is essential for egg quality, drops. When egg quality is lower, it’s harder for fertilisation to happen and for the embryo to implant in the uterus.
