Before your first visit, you’ll receive a short online health questionnaire. It’s a chance for you to share details about your health, lifestyle, menstrual cycle and any specific concerns. This helps me understand your full picture before we meet, so your session is completely tailored to you from the very start.

During your first appointment, we’ll spend time discussing your health goals, reviewing your questionnaire and exploring how acupuncture can best support you. You’ll then receive your first treatment, followed by a written summary with recommendations to guide your next steps.

This is a one-off session, not a subscription or ongoing programme. It's designed to give you answers, direction and something practical to work with - in a single sitting.

If you've been managing symptoms on your own, feeling dismissed or just not quite feeling like yourself - this is your place to start.

Before we meet, you'll complete a questionnaire covering your cycle, symptoms, any blood results you already have and your health history. If you haven’t had blood tests yet, that’s absolutely fine. I’ll review everything in detail beforehand so when we sit down together, we can go straight into what your body is actually telling us - no time wasted getting up to speed.

Initial consultation fees are payable at the time of booking.

Follow-up treatments can be paid for in person at each appointment.

If you conceive during a fertility package, any remaining sessions will seamlessly transition into early pregnancy support so you continue to feel held and guided through the next stage.

To protect appointment availability for all clients, please note that cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
